This Help Tip section is a quick tutorial to help you navigate within the App.
The term “Click” (using the computer mouse) and “tap” (using your finger on cell phone), both mean the same thing; i.e., to touch quickly on the screen at a particular place to cause an action to happen. Move the screen up and down by putting finger on screen and sliding it to pull up or down as desired.
The following is the start screen known as the “Homepage”:

A- CARDS: Each of these sections are called a card. Think of them is index cards with front and back sides. It starts by showing all front sides and by tapping on a card you can see the information on the backside which then can lead you to other cards, websites, or locations. Tap on the card again to return to the front or use the Back Arrow. The very top card is the Header Card and its backside contains quick access to church information.
B- NAVIGATION BAR. Contains icons (an image) of (1) Home - tap to go back to the Homepage. (2) Gift - tap to see your offerings. For members only icon and only you can see your gifts. (3) Events – tap to see schedule of calendared events.
C- PROFILE. Offers more options.
(1) First item is My Profile. For a member to see extra cards, their gifts, church directory, minutes and more, you must log in here with your username and password. Only have to login once unless you have logged out.
(2) Share Church is the church App’s QR code for sharing it with someone. Installations instructions are at the bottom of the Resources card.
(3) Directory of church members with address, email and phone numbers. Only visible when logged in.
(4) Giving History is same as Gifts on the Navigation Bar. View offerings made. Printing a specific time or year is allowed.
(5) The last item is Logout. This will cause you to be treated as a non-member. To log back in as a member, go back to item (1) above for instructions.
(6) Feedback, Widgets, Terms of Service, Privacy policy, Change, and Delete Account -YOU DON’T NEED TO USE.
BACK ARROW: The back arrow appears at the top left corner. Tap on it to go back to the prior screen.
LINKS: Links are used to go to a different card, a website, or a place within a card. Links are words usually in blue font, and/or underlined, an icons, or a Blue Button.
Examples:
Header Card: Tap to go to backside of card showing "Contact Information" then Tap the underlined text of church's address, a Google map appears; Tap the telephone number, it calls the number; Tap email address, an email New Message appears; or Tap the Facebook icon , goes to and opens into the church’s Facebook site. [Hidden quick actions – Instead of a tap, hold your finger on the underlined item until it changes (enlarges) then remove finger and it will allow you to copy or share item information.]
Blue Buttons, as shown in Resources card, links you to other websites or cards. Examples:
--Blue Button “BibleHub” takes you to an online bible and “The Global Methodist Church” goes to its website, etc. Note: Others websites have their own navigation methods and upon exiting may not return to this App.
Creeds & Prayers Blue Button goes to an App card for your personal use of prayers, etc. It has a listing of items (a contents table) in blue words, tap to go directly to that item. Use Back arrow to go back to top of the card.
